RETURN POLICY and PROCEDURE:

If you found a product ordered from us to be defective, please email us or call toll free at 1(888)55-XTAPE. You will be provided with instructions to receive your proper credit. You must contact us for a "Return Authorization" number. If a product is damaged during shipping, we will arrange to pickup and return the shipment. Any damaged parcels must be reported within 48 hours to receive credit. All "defective" merchandise must be returned to us within 20 business days for it's replacement. Include all packing materials and the original box with all returns. Defective items will only be exchanged with the same merchandise.

You must contact us for your "Return Authorization" number to receive credit. Please return all videos or products, including your "Return Authorization" directly to:

We are not responsible for any damages caused by the misuse of products, or for damage to tapes caused by faulty VCR players or other customer equipment. If returning a defective videotape, cue it to the point of the defect.
*Warning About "Extended Play" VHS Tapes - - - Note: For those not familiar with "Multi-Hour (2, 4, 5, 6 or 8 hours) compilation" videotapes. These are recorded on "Extended Play" mode. Which could at times cause the picture quality not to be very clear. Most "extended play" videos have the best scenes cut from popular movies or are a combination of "more than one movie" on a single cassette. These are usually sold as a "value" tape. Unfortunately a trade off for the lower cost can be at times a reduced picture quality. We stock these videos because our clients request them. We do not stand behind the quality of these tapes and they cannot be replaced unless they are "completely unviewable". Of course other videos will be exchanged if defective.

Note: We cannot accept a return unless the item has a defect caused by the manufacturer. Merchandise having a manufacturer's warranty must be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement.
